Legal basis

We process personal data based on contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interest (security, product improvement), and consent where required (marketing communications).

Data Processing Agreement

Enterprise customers receive a DPA covering subprocessors, breach notification, and data subject request assistance. Contact app@tvgo.app for Enterprise DPA.

EU hosting

Enterprise plans include EU-hosted private cloud options for full data residency within the European Economic Area.

Subprocessors

We maintain an updated list of subprocessors including cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and email delivery. Customers are notified of material changes.

Data subject requests

End-viewer data requests should be directed to the TVGO customer (data controller for viewer data). Account holder requests: app@tvgo.app. We respond within 30 days.
