Service

TVGO provides a software platform that converts video content into interactive AI sales presentations with lead intelligence analytics.

Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

Content

You retain ownership of videos and content you upload. You grant TVGO a license to process, host, and display content as needed to provide the service. You must have rights to all uploaded content.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancel anytime from the dashboard. Refunds are handled per our billing policy. Solo plan presentations remain accessible after cancellation.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content or content that violates third-party rights.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform.
• No reselling the platform without a partner agreement.

Limitation of liability

TVGO is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
