TVGO (tvgo.app) is the data controller for platform usage data. Customer organizations control data collected from their presentation viewers.

What we collect

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type (for security and analytics).
• Support communications and demo form submissions.

How we use data

• Provide and improve the TVGO platform.

• Process payments and send service communications.

Data sharing

We never sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. We use subprocessors (cloud hosting, payment, email) under data processing agreements.

Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active. Analytics data retention depends on your plan. You may export or delete data from the panel.
